Marian Rivera Speaks up About the Issue Regarding the Alleged Snubbing Incident of Cristine Reyes

At the premiere night of the latest movie offering of Star Cinema, “Seven Sundays”, another incident sparked a rumor of conflict involving Cristine Reyes and Marian Rivera.



A video circulated the web showing Cristine Reyes greeting all of the celebrities present at the event. However, there was one person that Cristine did not lay eyes on.
The person who was supposedly snubbed by Cristine Reyes was the wife of his co-star Dingdong Dantes, the “Kapuso Primetime Queen” Marian Rivera.



According to the article written in “Abante Tonite”, they claimed that a fan messaged them asking whether the issue was legit and it really happened. In return, the local newspaper, assured the fan that they would contact the celebrities involved.



Unfortunately, Abante Tonite did not get the chance to speak to Cristine about the controversy.





They admitted they finished an interview with the actress during the press con of her new suspense/horror movie “Spirit of the Glass” when they received the fan’s message. But luckily, the “Super Ma’am” star quickly answered the text message that they sent.



Marian Rivera said in her text “Wit lumapit at nag-kiss sa akin, sabi pa kumusta ka na, ang ganda-ganda mo.”. The celebrity mom simply laughed at the exaggerated gossip that spread.

The seasoned actress thought that it was absurd considering the video clip just showed a brief part of the event and it did not capture all that happened.

Dingdong Dantes’ wife also added “Hindi totoo at wala namang dahilan para hindi kami magbatian. Okey kami ni Cristine.”



Meanwhile Cristine is happy that her husband Ali Khatibi is slowly making a name for himself in the showbiz industry.



“Siyempre­ supportive naman ako. Binibigay ko ‘yung mga opinion ko kung okey ‘yung ginawa niya o hindi,” Cristine said.
