Former PBB Housemate Transfers Network and Will Be Part of Gma-7’s New Romcom Series



There have been quite a few people who decided to leave ABS-CBN for something new. First was journalist Atom Araullo, followed by Jason Abalos. Now, a former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemate has also decided to leave ABS CBN and become a part of GMA-7’s new series, “The One That Got Away.”



This former housemate is Jason Francisco who lived in the famous yellow house back in 2009 for “Pinoy Big Brother Season 3: Double Up.”



He met his future wife, Melai Cantiveros, on the same network. But it seems as though Jason figured it would be best for him to move to GMA-7.



Another actress, Alessandra de Rossi spoke about the reality of network transfers. The “Kita Kita” leading star said that in a network that handles hundreds of stars with limited project offerings, it is easy to overlook a talent or put an actor in the backseat for a while to give way to new stars.



Because their jobs are their bread and butter, an actor needs to find work elsewhere, especially if they have a project waiting for you.





As for Jason Francisco, he is now being held by PPL Entertainment, Inc. owned by Perry P. Lansigan. He was present for the story conference of “The One That Got Away” last October 25 with Migo Adecer, Jason Abalos, Snooky Serna, Bembol Rocco, Ivan Dorschner who is also a former PBB housemate that transferred to GMA-7, and many more.

A Playful Moment Became Painfully Tragic As Father Fell On His Son, Resulting To His Death

A boy from China had died in a supermarket after his own father accidentally fell on him. The footage of the tragic scene was then aired by the Guangzhou Broadcasting Network. In the video, an old man was seen roaming around the supermarket with his back facing his son. He was walking while holding both of his child’s hands when he accidentally lost his balance and fell backward, landing right on top of his son’s face. The video obviously showed that the two were sharing a playful moment as the son pulled backward to swing his father’s arms, but ends up pulling all of his weight towards him. The surveillance video then showed a sales assistant trying to help the father up before carrying his son who no longer responds after he landed on top of him. According to a report made by the Guangdong Television, the boy was rushed to the hospital but was later on pronounced dead.
